First Time Visitor

If you are new to the area and putting down roots, stop on by!

If you are a weekend lake enthusiast come on over!

If you are a Winter Texan make yourself at home until the tundra thaws!

Whatever your reason for being in the Marble Falls area, we invite you with open arms to hear God’s Word and celebrate in worship with us.  Come as you are to one of our two worship services, and please be sure to pick up one of our visitor bags.

Visiting a church for the first time can be a daunting experience.

Below are some FAQs to help you navigate your way to St. Peter’s.

What are St. Peter’s members like?

We are fairly normal people; some even say we are nice! Our lives have been transformed by God’s grace and Jesus’ love so we are committed to sharing this grace and love with our neighbors and with those around the world.

What is the schedule?

Sunday 8:15 AM Worship with Holy Communion
Sunday 9:30 AM Faith Formation for all ages of children and adults (MORE INFO)
Sunday 10:45 AM Worship with Holy Communion

I am not a Lutheran. Can I still come to your church?

Of course! At St. Peter’s all are welcome.

What should I wear?

Please wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable. You will notice some people dressed casually while others wear business casual.

Where do I go?

The majority of our parking is located on the South and West sides of the building. The main doors are located on the West side under the portico. However, we have greeters stationed at all entrances to assist you once you arrive. All doors are handicap accessible.

What is the worship service like?

Our two worship services are identical and vary according to the church season using a variety of liturgical settings. We incorporate traditional hymns from the time of the Reformation to more contemporary and ethnic hymns. We celebrate the Sacrament of Holy Communion every Sunday at both services and are nourished by the body and blood, the grace and love of Jesus Christ.

I have small children. Are they welcome too?

Children are not only welcome but encouraged to participate in worship with us! You will notice children serving as greeters and ushers, lectors and acolytes. We have a Kids’ Kiosk with children’s Bibles and bulletins as well as quiet activity bags to help families connect with the service and themes of the day. There is a special children’s message at each service. St. Peter’s also has a staffed nursery just off the sanctuary so that little ones can play if parents so wish.
