The St. Peter’s Home Communion Team monthly shares the bread and wine, the body and blood of Christ with those who are homebound in personal residences or local nursing homes. After the elements are blessed during the Sunday morning worship, they are taken into the world so that all may be fed with God’s love. Those who participate in this ministry often comment about how much they are nourished even as they are nourishing others.
